Camp Information

Location & Venue Details

Age Range: 3rd to 12th Grade (Based on the 2024-2025 school year)

 

Pre-Registration Deadline: May 27th at Noon

Entry Fees:
Early Registration: $170

Late Registration: $200(No Camp t-shirt)

Meals: $55 (See more info below)  

 

Camp Philosophy: It is our mission for our campers to grow from their experiences at our camps and gain valuable experience as we assist in “Molding Champions For Life!”  We are committed to helping guide our campers towards accomplishing the rigorous daily challenges of our camps by thorough preparation, execution, evaluation, and maintaining a high standard.  Our staff is dedicated to the development of every athlete to his/her fullest potential.

General Information:

- Check-in: Sunday, June 16th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Expo Building

- The camp will revolve around technique sessions, dual meets, team Olympics, and a takedown tournament

- Each participant receives a camp t-shirt

Team Camp and will receive a free camp t-shirt!

The only cost for coaches will be if they would like to purchase the Meal Plan. Register here.

Meals

​It is expected that athletes show up each morning having already eaten a healthy breakfast to fuel them through the morning session.  Lunches and dinners are available for purchase and are provided during lunch and dinner times on-site. The meal plan includes Lunch and Dinner on Monday and Tuesday, as well as lunch on Wednesday. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the athletes/coaches to either bring food or leave to eat during those breaks.  Wrestlers will have about 1 hour for lunch.

Supervision & Rules

Campers will be required to attend all assigned activities and instruction sessions.  Any violation or abuse of these rules will cause immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.

Supervision in hotels is the responsibility of the camper coach and/or parent/guardian.

Any and all precautions will be taken to prevent accidents.  We do not; however, assume any responsibility for medical, dental, or other expenses incurred as a result of accidents.

Each camper will be expected to supply his own workout gear: shoes, shorts, etc.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued if you cancel your registration by June 9. For camp registration, we will withhold $20, and for a camp plus meals registration, we will withhold $25. This is to cover fees and other expenses that were already incurred.

  • Q: What are the approximate times of camp each day? 

    • A: Sunday - Check-in Noon - 2:00 PM, Camp 2:30 PM-7:00 PM, Monday & Tuesday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM 

  • Q: How long will wrestlers have for lunch? Are wrestlers allowed to bring their own lunch or leave for lunch? 

    • A: The lunch hour will be about 1 hour. Teams are welcome to bring their own meals in or leave and go get their own meal. If you choose the meal package this will include 5 meals. Lunch and dinner on both Monday and Tuesday as well as lunch on Wednesday. All meals will be catered by local restaurants.

  • Q: Can individuals or small groups/teams register for camp or is it only for teams? 

    • A: Yes, individuals or small teams ARE WELCOME to attend camp!   We will place individuals with a team that may need someone around that weight. For example, if Team A is short on lightweight guys we would place an individual lightweight with that team.   Or we may combine 2-3 small teams/groups to form one team. 

  • Q: Do coaches need to register? 

    • A: Coaches are free to attend. However, we would ask that all coaches please register online so we can order the correct amount of t-shirts. Coaches may need to purchase the meal package if they wish to eat at camp. 

  • Q: Do we have to use the hotel options on the flyer 

    • A: No, teams may choose any housing options they would like.

  • Q: Is this camp for Nebraska wrestlers only? 

    • A: No, wrestling from anywhere is allowed to attend camp
